The Service
It means I handle the full thing for you: shaping the offer, designing the site, building it, launching it, hosting it, and keeping it updated. You send what you have and I do the work.
Copy updates, image swaps, new sections, new pages, layout refinements, forms, integrations, fixes, and ongoing improvements. If it belongs on your website, ask. A completely separate website or a massive rebuild is a separate scope.
Starter clients get a response within 48 hours. Growth clients get priority response within 24 hours. If something is urgent, I prioritise it as fast as I realistically can.
Me. You deal directly with the person designing, building, and managing your website.
My primary focus is NZ businesses, but I work with clients anywhere. Pricing is listed in NZD.
No CMS to wrestle with. I manage the website for you so it stays polished, fast, and consistent. If you need something changed, send it through and I handle it.
Through your dashboard or by email. Send copy, screenshots, images, files, or voice notes, whatever is easiest, and I'll take care of it.
